I dont know why that when i use voipcheap the sounds like a computer sounds. However, when i use skype to talk with my friend, the sounds is normal~ can i ask why?

Hello,

If the sound quality is cheap, then you may try to uninstall and reinstall the audio driver. Go to start/type device manager on the search box/look for sound, video and game controller/uninstall the high definition driver or the audio drive, do not check the delete box. Once the driver is uninstalled, restart the NB. The audio driver will be reinstalled automatically once laptop is restarted. Then test the sound.

Hope it works.

There is no sound coming from my laptop

Make sure that the mute box is not checked. If not checked and still no sound, go to device manager, you'll find it by clicking the window orb or the start button. Type device manager in the search programs and files box. On the device manager, look for sound, video and game controller category. click it to expand. The sound driver will come out, usually it is a realtek high definition audio driver. Right click on the name of the audio driver and select the option to uninstall, do not check the box for delete, just click the ok button. Once uninstalled, restart the laptop. The Audio driver will be reinstalled automatically or if not use the drivers and utilities disc and installed the audio driver.

Hope it works

Cant load roxio 2011 code error oood plaese tell me what to do its been 6hrs now cleaned everything please please

Please refer to the steps below and follow it carefully as it will help you resolving the problem.
  1. Disable your startup applications using MSCONFIG. This will disable any unnecessary background or system tray applications from loading.

    • Go to Start -> Run. Type "msconfig" (without quotes) then click OK.
    • Select the Startup tab.
    • Click the Disable All button.
    • Click the Apply button, then click the OK button.
    • Click the Restart button.

To reverse this at the end of installation, go back into MSCONFIG and select Enable All and restart (that can be done once installation is complete).

  2. If you are installing from a physical disc, please try to copy the content of the disc to a folder on your hard drive then install from the hard drive. To do this:
    • Create a new folder on your Desktop.
    • Go to Start -> My Computer, then right-click on the Creator installer disc and select Explore.
    • Select ALL of the files in the installer window and copy to the folder you just created.
    • To install from the folder, double click the setup.exe file.

  3. If you are installing from downloaded files, please follow the steps below to delete the temporary files then try to reinstall again.
    • Go to Start -> Run. Type "%temp%" (without quotes) then click OK. The Temp folder will show up.
    • Go to Edit -> Select All.
    • Go to File -> Delete.
    • Reinstall software

Dell 8250 reinstall windows after malware seemingly antivirus pro. i have tried all the removal ideas i could find, but nothing has worked. I think I have more issues than AV pro. I have attempted to...

If you insert your windows or recovery disc in the PC and boot from it you should be able to access the windows re installation before the malware can initiate. The PC will ask you to press any key if you want to boot from the CD. Once there you can delete all the information on the hard drive and do a fresh install. This will restore the computer to factory settings but will remove any viruses or malware.
