Reset the web browser under settings.
Also on the browser use settings?privacy?and delete browsing history.

Youtube videos will not play


On whatever browser you are uaing make sure cookies are enabled and also flash (both under browser settings) then if you have any plugins adblock, ghostery, etc... Pause or disable them temporarily (either settings menu or click on plugin icon depending on browser) and than refresh the page/reopen browser. Of still not working try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE). If still not working go to the Adobe Flash website and download and install the latest Flash version.

If after all this you still can't get videos playing make sure all the latest windows updates are downloaded via windows update (control panel) and the restart the computer. Good luck.

Can't open internet brawser IE.its open to asus.com


Just change the settings. If you are getting to the "asus.com" site then the browser is working. If you want it to open to a different site, tap on the 3 dots in the upper right portion of the page. This will open a new dialog box. Go to the settings and from there you should be able to set a new homepage to open to.

I do not know which browser you are using, but recommend google) Download the app from the Play Store https://play.google.com/store

IE (Internet Explorer) does not work on ASUS tablets as it is windows based and your tablet is running Android operating system. stick with Google or maybe Firefox browsers.

Have you checked the restriction settings on your Nook? Try checking to make sure the restriction settings have not been accidently turned on for the browser.
  1. Press the ? button to display the quick nav.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap the Security option.
  4. Tap Restrictions.
  5. Tap the Restrictions check box.
  6. Enter your four-digit code for Restrictions.
  7. Tap the Browser check box so that it's not checked.

check the settings on the web browser (there are a number of possibilities in Android, ). Somewhere in settings is the choice of User Agent. (I don't think Internet or Chrome allow that - they're always identified to the website as what they are). Some websites don't allow phone or tablet browsers on their main site, they have a mobile site that looks better on a smaller screen.

try one of two things:

1) put an "m." (lower case) in front of the address. IOW, m.google.com instead of google.com.

2) Install a different browser. for a number of reasons, but the ability to switch between desktop and mobile is one of them. Set the browser as a desktop browser.

I'm sorry, but that's about the only reason I can think of for the tablet not allowing to log into the sites. (If it were one site, I might suspect a Sadistic web developer, but if it's all sites it has to be something to do with the tablet.)

The only other thing I could think of is limited connectivity (connecting to the router, but not to the internet), but then wouldn't get to the site to log into it.

How do I set up my computer to receive my emails on my kindle?


The only way is to use the experimental browser- at the home screen, press "Menu". Then press "Experimental", followed by "Browser". Then, type your email client. However- email (and the whole browser, really) is sluggish and slow on the Kindle. It is much easier to just check it on a computer, or any other wireless device.
