Question about GE Profile Spacemaker JVM3670 1.8 cu. ft. Over-the-RanMicrowave Oven with 1100 Cooking Watts, 10 Power Levels, CircuWave Cooking System, Sensor CookinActive Hidden Vent, Recessed Turntable, 300 CFM Exhaust Fan and HaloLighting
My JVM3670 microwave stopped mid-cycle and all lights and displays are out with the vent door open. The breaker and outlet have power. I believe an internal fuse is blown or tripped. How do I find it? Will I have to remove it to get to it?

NO internal fuse. It is most likely, the magnetron, and or High power diode. As related In all likelihood the mangnetron has failed, or perhaps even the Power Supply. or a fault that is shutting the system down for safety reasons You need to have it serviced by a reputable service centre/man. Ensure you get a firm "Quote" before proceeding, and remember these days the cost of repair can equal or exceed the price of a new one.

You'll have to remove the cabinet cover to access the fuse. It is in line with the power cord. 20 Amp, slow blow.
One of the screws on the back of the cover may be a security TORX (the kind with a pin in the center of the head). Usually, if you tap on it with a hammer, you can remove it with a pair ov Vise-Grip pliers.
