a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can activate you blackberry mobile on O2 & go sim as well as any sim card around the world by entering your blackberry`s unique unlock code.
You can get your blackberry unlock code from any mobile shop or websites which provide blackberry unlock code. Once you unlocked it with unlock code you can use it with any GSM network in the whole world. Through website you can get unlock code within few minutes from the comfort of your home & also at cheap rates compare with other ways (THAT IS GET UNLOCK CODE FROM A MOBILE SHOP). All you need to do is go to any website which offering the blackberry unlock code & order your unlock code by entering your imei number & network which your blackberry locked to. You`ll get your unlock code through e-mail with in you few minutes with instructions of entering the unlock code of blackberry. That`s it your blackberry has unlocked & then you can use it with any GSM Sim card around the globe. This the best way among me to unlock your blackberry.

Hi there lightskin
Your problem is software related, install the software you recieved with your phone, then do a software update via the software, takes about 2/ hours,
* Do not remove your simcard while updating
* Make sure it is fully charged
* Do not recieve or make any calls while updating, (in other words use a simcard of the same service provider which is new and has not been used by any one,
thank you and let us know if there is any other problems
