Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One Printer, Scanner and Copier
Printer does not power up. Suddenly after months of good service, I cannot turn it on. AC plugged, both cables in, everything checked, still no power.
First check if you get power at both ends of cable, i.e. wall socket and the plug that goes into the printer, you'll need a voltmeter to check that.

Tips for a great answer:
Sep 08, 2014 | Epson Artisan 810 AllInOne InkJet Printer
May 23, 2011 | HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-In-One InkJet...
all please make sure that all the cables from/to the printer are connected
properly. Now please use different power socket to make sure that the printer
is getting power. If so then we can reset the printer. To reset the printer
unplug it from/to the power socket and mains and let it sit without power for
more then 10 minutes and then replace all the cables and print a test page. If
still the issue is not resolved then you'll need to replace the printer cable.
Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
