Question about Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 Cellular Phone
When I put the micro-sdhc card in the Samsung SGH-A707 I get a message that reads "Memory card has an unrecognizable format Reformating will erase all data Reformat now?" I choose yes but receive an error message. I cannot retrieve my pictures or videos and cannot put music on the phone...any suggestions?
Unfortunately, the highest you can go with a Sync is a 2gb microSD card.
microSD is not the same as microSDHC and older phones will not read the newer microSDHC format.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
