My hp d5360 printer is saying print cartrdge(s) missing or not detected.

You should try to verify if the cartridge is correctly put on the bay. If this not work you can try to clean the metal plates with a sheet of white paper and alcohol.

I have just loaded both color and black cartridges into my HP photosmart D5360 and the ! buttong and On/off button are flashing. The message on the printer screen is "Print cartridge(s) missing or not...

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can also be poor ink cartridge contacts

I am message is print cartridge not detected printer not working

Lift the cover from your right while being in front of the printer. Leave it powered on.
You are going to see the cartridges coming in the middle. Here you can remove your cartridges by pressing on top & pulling it at the same time. To replace, just reverse the steps.
I hope that this helps you.

I buy until now 5 hp351 colorcartridge, after few days is "dead"

Sounds like the problem is that you are refilling the cartridges. Each HP cartridge has a special chip on it that will only read the original ink supply properly. Try a brand new cartridge that has never been refilled and see if that makes a difference.

Out of paper light flashes even after paper is loaded

Flashing resume light also can mean:

1. cartridge is missing or an incorrect print cartridge is installed
2. cartridge is out of ink
3. dirty cartridge contacts
4. paper jammed

Check are cartridges firmly snapped into place and not empty. Use water to wash copper on cartridges if contacts are dirty.

Printer claims it cant detect print cartridges

Hi I don't have a 5360 but I use a 4180. Sometimes the printer can be a bit temperamental and sensitive. Any misalignment of the cartridge will mean the printer either won't recognize it or some kind of error. So usually I use both thumbs and carefully align the cartridge and gently push it in. Usually it works. When it doesn't work then I check the back of the cartridge that has the contact points to see if they are clean. If it has some ink on it then more than likely the contact points on the printer also has. So I would clean them carefully. Don't wipe the pins, but dab w/ toilet tissue. Not Facial Tissue like Kleenex. It leaves fibers that tend to clog the jets or nozzles. Hope this helps.
