Question about RIM BlackBerry 8800
My Blackberry 8800 will no longer charge. I think it has something to do with the port because it started yesterday and when I wiggled it, it began charging, but now, nothing....
You need to find out if the problem is with your current AV charger - the battery or the phone.
Clean the battery and the metal connection with a dry cloth, and try to charge using a USB charger.

Tips for a great answer:
JUMP STARTING A BLACKBERRY
1. Plug wall charger into wall and then plug into blackberry
2. Take off back cover and pull the battery out (while it is plugged in still)
3. Wait 30 seconds. The red LED may remain on (tech said it didn't matter).
4. Put the battery back in and wait about 5-10 seconds and it'll begin to boot up (white screen with clock icon).
