N95 wont display names

new N95 won"t display names for incoming calls and messages even as I have cleared no doubles in entries on my address book.

I f u r able to transferr contacts to ur memory card then pliz do that and then reset ur phone and the default code is 12345, otherwise save ur conatacts on paper, then reset ur phone, and if u r using ur memory card then remove this and see whether the contacts appear or not.
