I have the same issue on my Samsung YP-T7JZ player. Nowhere has a solution. Search on web for days, nothing found. Only solution is, throw it against the wall. Collect the pieces and send them back to the manufacturer because these tech supporters don't know what this issue is.
HEY tracy. THIS IS MARIO FROM CYPRUS. I HAVE THE CD THAT CAME WITH THE DEVICE. THE USB DRIVER FOR THE MTP AND THE DRIVER FOR YP-TJX XP MODE ARE ALL IN THERE. I WILL UPLOADED IT SOON <2 DAYS> AND I WILL TELL YOU WHERE TO DOWNLOAD IT FROM. I SEEK AND TIRED BECAUSE WHEN I LOST MY FACTORY CD ALL I COULD FOUND WAS SOMETHING ABOUT FIRMWARE, FLASH E.T.C. WAIT AND SOON IN ENOUGH WILL BE YOURS!!!
Have you tried deleting this 4MB ? ... try it.. if it didn't work.. then hard-reset your MP3 Player, because there is an error in your DB structure caused by false-copying or power spike... something like that.
