Won't heat - Operation Indicator Lamp blinks intermittently - Defrost Lamp comes on for short time - Outside Fan doesn't spin - All filters have been properly cleaned

try switching off and on again the power from the circuit breaker if nothing happens it may be the PCB board is defective.
