MP3 in the washer...

My mp3 went through a full wash cycle. If I plug it into the computer, the screen lights up, and I can open the folders, but it doesn't seem to be charging... should I just let it dry out for a long time, or is it just broken?

That helped me some, but in the end I used silica gel packets, and now it works fine. :3

Yea i think you should just leave it to dry for a long time, for a couple of weeks beside a heater or a fireplace or somthing like that.

Plug your mp3 into the computer through the usb cord. A window will appera in less then a minute (a fast computer it will be seconds) a window will appear asking you what you want to do with this'device"..Close that window (x). Click the "start" button on the screen (in one of the screens corners), a menu will drop down, click on "my computer". This will open up a window. In this window you will see numerous "discs" listed (for example, the harddrive is usually disc (c)...)I had a mp3 player that was under disc letter (f) and I've had a mp3 player that was under disc (e), I don't know why, but you need to open any "discs" you have. one by one (skipping disc (c) the harddrive usually). Once you open a disc you are looking for a folder (it could have the name of your mp3 on it, or it could be just some wild numbers, sometimes it's actually marked "music"). Just open any folders till you see the music, pictures or video's you are looking for, then you'll have found the folder to your mp3, now you can copy the song you want (or mp4 jpeg etc) and paste it in this folder and it will appear in your mp3...
Let me know how it went, , if you have anymore questions just ask me and I'll do my best...Don't forget to rate, thank you!f683679.jpg

Can't delete folders. response is devise not responding

to delete files there are 2 ways to do this.(1) first is with the on and facing you. on top the is the black menu switch. (2)hold down until it reads play music, and release (3) cycle either way until it reads delete.(4) cycle the switch until it reads del / push switch in (5) cycle to voice (6) push switch in to delete files. (cycle to exit and push switch again it should go to your music.

Second way is to plug it into a computer with plug and play.with the Trio MP3 on, the computer should open up a menu, chose open files (2) the screen should have music, voice and other files on the display. chose the voice file and click it open. use the mouse to delete files / or point and use the key board delete key to delete files. IF PLUG and Play does not open up goto MY Computer and openit up. drop down to the removeable disk and click open. you should be where you can delete the voice file. good luck and have fun.

Downloading songs from computer to mp3 player

If you songs are downloaded in a folder for example my music,,,after you connect your device (mp3) into the usb port in your computer or laptop you wil get a notification of new device being installed, you follow directions on screen. Once the mp3 is intalled the you can goto my computer and you will see an icon on the screen for it. Click on it open it up, minimize the screen, no go to my music folder , open it up, minimize it too, now you have the two floders open, just drad the music from the my music folder to the mp3 folder icon and there you go,, i have found these to be the easiest way to do it. please advice.
