Question about Bernina Bernette Deco 600
I have removed most files from my USB stick and now have less than 120 kb on a 2 gig drive. Whenever I insert the drive into the machine I get the message it is short of memory. When that message comes up, the rest of the screen is deactivated and I have to close everything down to maneuver on the screen. The manual gives instructions for this problem but I am not able to close the screen and go into edit without removing the USB.

The original software for these machines will most likely not run on a newer computer. So if you find the software you will face this dilemma. You can use one of the multi format card boxes from sewing companies if they do not have a deco 600 style ask for the Brother embroidery machine it is the same card.

open needle plate if the shuttle race and the bobbins has been pull out that making noise,or accumulation of thread under bobbins, if nothing there, run machine and check if shuttle race and bobbins are moving, also with the needle if not, there are opening at the bottom of machine try to open if some gears are broken,or belt is slip.
if broken gears there a lot of parts before you can pull out gear, beside the timing order you cannot put back.this should be done by technician expert
in sewing machine.take this to service center.

The first thing you need to do is put your blank USB in your Deco and turn the Deco on. When you do that, the Deco will create a EMB file on your USB stick. Then you need to download EXP design files and put them in that EMB folder.
