you may need to replace the batteries -- turn the UPS around and take the screws off from the compartment and remoive the battery -- call a battery distributor and ask them to sell you the same type of battery.

I might have your answer. I have been unable to access Yahoo mail for a week or more. I happen to have a regular Yahoo.com account (not Yahoo.de for Germany) but am currently living in Germany and trying to access my email from here. If you are in an international location try this. Log in as normal and when you hit the blank page, go up to the address line and where it says http://us.mc.... change the "us" to "intl" and then press enter or go. That corrected my issue and I saw my mail page.
