Question about HP Photosmart 3310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP Photosmart 3310 all-in-one printer doesn't scan. I have tried nearly everything. It doesn't work to scan things using the panel on the printer, the computer software (HP scan pro), or using the network settings for the hp software. When I try to scan I get an error message that says, "Sorry, the scanner could not be initialized."
