My hp 4280 all in one printer says i am out of ink both cart are new.

Good day.
Try to print a print test page through the Setup Menusofthardware_1.jpg
Choose Tools>Print Test Page and check if you still get the same message out of ink. Also check the ink level report on the page which is very important.
If it says out of ink or ink level report shows no ink, check the new ink cartridge and take off the plastic cap off the nozzle.
Reseat the ink cartridges, restart your printer. (Power it off then back off) Check if it's the same issue. If it is,it would also be best to Align the Print head. Setup Menu>Tools>Align Printhead.

Just replaced all three color toners, but printer prints in black and white, no error message and suppliers status report shows all color cartridges are 100%

You may need to do print test cleaning and aligning the printer, check the print setup, ensure the printer print specification is not black/white, also please reset the printer, by powering down, and up after 2minutes

My printer says to check the printer cartridge and there is an "E" on my copies pane

If you are experiencing problems with printing, you might have a problem with one of the print cartridges. Try the following:

1. Remove and reinsert the print cartridges and verify that they are fully inserted and locked in place.
2. If the problem persists, print a self-test report to determine if there is a problem with the print cartridges.
3. If the self-test report shows a problem, clean the print cartridges.
4. If the problem persists, clean the copper-colored contacts of the print cartridges.
5. If you are still experiencing problems with printing, determine which print cartridge is causing the problem and replace it.

For more information, see Print a self-test report. To check the ink levels from the HP Director (Windows) 1. In the HP Director (or HP Solution Center), click Settings, point to Print Settings, and then click Printer Toolbox. Note You can also open the Printer Toolbox from the Print Properties dialog box.
