the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Hook up wireless network to play xbox 360 online.

Hey Lil Man23,

There are two things that you'll need in order to connect your Xbox 360 to the internet wirelessly: a wireless router and a wireless network adaptor. While both of these may often be obtained through an internet service provider (ISP), you can generally purchase both hardware devices from a local retail store.

In order to connect to the internet, your Xbox 360 will need to be set up in what is referred to as "infrastructure mode." This essentially means that your Xbox 360 will be set to connect to a single access point (the wireless router) in order to access the internet. If you're not quite sure how to do this, you should be able to find step-by-step instructions on how to do so in your owner's manual, or by using Microsoft's Xbox 360 Connectivity Wizard:

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/connecttolive/xbox360/connectionmethods/webconnectivitywizard.htm

If you're still not quite sure how to proceed, I would strongly suggest contacting your ISP for further assistance. Many ISP's are able to provide home networking services for their subscribers, but remember that there may be a charge for any in-home services provided by your ISP or any third-party company.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

SOURCE: I need to open ports so my game can access the internet

Make sure at first your windows firewall (or other)allows traffic for dragon age. Second each router has a web interface, run 'ipconfig' command from the command prompt (run button -> cmd, then use the gateway address and put that into your web browser. Every router is different, but usually there is a security tab for tunneling. You'll want to set your PC to a static IP like 192.168.1.2 and tunnel those ports to the PC. If you dont, then when the DHCP releases the IP address your PC could end up with some other IP addr then the router wont work.

Game won't start

There is a file in the Program folder that you need to launch to make the game compatible with Windows 7. The prelauncher.exe file downloads the files that the program needs to run in Windows 7. The file is located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Phantom EFX\ online casino\ bin folder (go to your C drive, go to Program Files (x86), go to Phantom EFX, etc). Double click on the prelauncher.exe file and allow the program to download and write the files to program. After the file has written all of the files to the folder for the Reel Deal Vegas Experience Casino game, you can launch the olclauncher file and you will be able to play the game.

Olclauncher compatibility! When I double click on the game, the game window opens and when I click on single player offline then the window goes off and game does not start!

There is a file that you need to click on that will download all of the necessary files in order for the game to be compatible with Windows 7. Go to your C: drive. Open these folders in order: Program Files (x86), Phantom EFX, online casino, bin. The prelauncher file is a program that will write .bin and .psd files to the game program folder. Launch the olclauncher after the prelauncher program has finished downloading and writing the .bin and .psd files. These files make the game compatible with Windows 7. You can play the game on Windows 7 with the files.

This indicates that your game is installed to the wrong directory. In this instance, it is likely installed to the same area as Blackbeard's Revenge or Millionaire's Club. For a solution, please e-mail support@phantomefx.com with a detailed description of your problem.
