The o-ring came off when the dvd was open. Can't get it to stay on also it's hard to open sometimes. Would it be better to replace the dvd or have it fixed/

- The problem with the dvd, if you have able hook to it , you need to have it on channel three or four. If it's not hook to cable try channel two or three. If this doesn't work try another dvd movie to see if the dvd is bad. Most of the time this will work.
