Question about Canon CanoScan 8400F Flatbed Scanner
My Canon 8400f suddenly does not give me the option to scan negatives or slides. The only option both in simple and advanced modes is platen. It has worked fine for nearly two years before this. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. Any ideas?
Just had the same problem, check the connection going into the top part of the scanner at the back and restart which ever program your using... got mine sorted
