Check the fuses on the motor control board, under the lower hood. There are usually 2 of them, and they are ceramic so you need to test them for continuity with a meter or test light/ buzzer. One is usually 10 amps the other is usually 15 amps.
These will blow when the treadmill is used on an electrical circuit that is inadequate for the mill. The way many houses are wired today leads to this issue. You can trip the reaker int he box so the affected branch is no longer energized and follow the wiring- at each outlet, remove the cover, and look to see if the wires are just stabbed into the back of the outlets. While this is acceptable for code, it is not acceptable for loads like a treadmill. Most of the time the wires cannot be extracted without damaging the outlet, so get enough outlets for the run, and with the new outlets, make sure to attach the wires under the screw heads. Black (sometimes red) to brass screws and white to silvery screws. and make sure the ground wire is attached to the green grounding screw. If you would rather an electrician do it- that is a good idea, and make sure they put the wire under the screw heads,. Form a loop in the wire clockwise as this is the direction the screw tightens, if the loop is clockwise it will stay under the screw head.
While this may not eliminate the problem of fuses blowing in all cases- in those remaining cases heavier wire must be run to the outlet the treadmill is plugged into.

Adjust the reed switch as indicated by the diagram by 1/8- 1/4". Run the calibration software instruction under the Hood motor or see your user manual.

Is there a spot on the control board you can check for out going power? You might have a bad board. You can visually inspect your board for anything that looks burnt or one component that looks swolen or loose. Poor solder joints are a common problem with treadmills because of the constsant movement.

The lens error is due to failure of the lens control system. You can remove battery and card replace battery and while switching on tap the lens hood on your hands so as to disengage any dirt or mechanism being struck.
Use some air to blow between the lens to dislodge any sand particles struck inside. If none of these works then you can think of taking consensus with the service centre.
get estimate before you decide. It will be good to have it checked at the Lumix service as you do not have to run around for spares.
