My Toshiba flatscren changes picture size every time I turn it off how can I set it to one size

SOURCE: Picture won't change sizes
If you are using a cable box, the settings you want are in the setting menu under "format" or "display" . Typically the choices are Normal or stretch, Select stretch.
The "small picture is how the old NTSC format displays in "normal mode" on a High definition set.
While you are in the settings menu, you might want to verify that the box is set to output at least 720P if not 1080i.

Press the corresponding Number button (0-6) while the
