This should get you in the right place to make these changes. You may want to do this on both machines and see which setting are selected on the one you like and change the other.
1.Go to the start button.
2.Click on the control panel.
3.Then open up the mouse function.
4.You should be able to change the functions of the mouse.
It may be set on several lines at a time.
