Question about GE AJCQ08ACB Air Conditioner
The power will not come on on My GE AEW10AJS1 i have tried resetting it and testing the outlet, which does work. i tried turning on the air conditioner from the botton on the front panel and from the remote neither works
If you know the outlet is good then you need to unplug the AC slide it out of the cabinet and see if the on off switch is working or if there is a loose or burned connection in the wiring circuit. check all wiring going and coming to capacitors and check to see if the continuity between the post on the control switch. There are many different models and each one has different features. So each one may be wired a little different. While you are inside the cabinet mart the wires going to compressor and where they connect. Let me know when you get to that point and I will lead you through the way to test the compressor. I don't think the compressor is the problem, I just want you check all connections for burns or bad connections, Thanks, Sea Breeze
