Question about Fisher and Paykel 23 in. DD-603SS Built-in Dishwasher
We did not see any missing screws, etc. How do we repair this and get it tightened? The sides are loose as well. We checked the same piece on the bottom drawer (by taking the bottom drawer out) and the top unit is tight and secure, as well as the side pieces. Not sure how to fix this?
The drawer lid seal is the problem. It is likely the actuator motors controlling the lid position are either faulty or need rebalancing. Happens if the dishwasher lost power in the middle of the cycle or the drawer got pulled out when running. It is a big job to fix as the lid seal and actuator yoke and arms will need to be taken out and refitted. ALos it is likely the gaskets on the lid seal could be damaged and need replacement.

Hey, I had this problem before!!!! Just unplug the unit off and wait about 10sec and plug it back on.....that usually does the trick.

i think you have to press the key/ lock button until the symbol disappears. You will find the exact button for your model in your owners manual.

Plesae check the below procedure to remove the drawer----
Slide open drawer.
Locate draw pin on either side of the tub.
Using a sharp pair of long nose pliers or slip jaw pliers grasp the center dividing web of the pin and pull away from the tub to remove the pin. Support the drawer front with your hand while doing this.
Note: The pin web is vertical.
With both pins removed the bottom of the drawer front can now be eased out slightly.
Now carefully pull the drawer front down to allow it to come free from the handle and top locating slots.
Carefully remove the earth wire from the tab on the drawer front. (if it is an integrated model you will also need to unplug the integrated badge from the isolating module)
Refit in reverse manner ensuring the drawer slides are right forward and the pin secures through the hook on the front end of the slide.
Note: When reinserting the pins make sure the dividing web is vertical.
Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.
