I believe that near the handle bar on either side there is plastic tubing over the metal section. You pull the plasticy bit up towards the handle bar - one has a metal lever under which you release (lhs I think) this then splits the side bars into 2 parts and in theory it drops down neatly

I believe that near the handle bars there is plastic tubing on the side metal bars. You pull these plasticy bits up (one has a metal lever under it to release) and they shoud then slide along the metal bar and splits the side bars into 2 halves which then fold down - easy peasy......
There's a safety lock located on the right side of the frame, about 6-8" down from the handle bar. There are also 2 sliding locks, one located on either side of the stroller, on the underside of the frame. One is located just below the safety lock. First pull up on the safety lock, and while keeping the safety lock open, simultaneously slide the other 2 levers up toward you. The stroller will unlock/open and you will be able to fold it.
I believe that towards the handle bar part on either side there is plastic tubing which cases the metal part. You slide the plasticy bit up (one side has a metal lever under) and then hey presto the side bars folds into 2 parts and the rest should follow .....
There's a locking mechanism on the left hand side about mid-way down just under the armrest. You need to pull the plastic lock off of the pin and then unfold according to the "fold" instructions included in the manual.
It's a wheel alignment issue - I had the same issue & my husband fixed it. Try removing the front wheel & reattaching it. If that doesn't solve the problem, keep adjusting the front wheel slightly until the stroller no longer veers.
There are two things (i know, not very technical) one on either side about six to twelve inches down from the handle, you pull them back simultaneously and it moves some "stuff" (again I know so technical) up which allows the stroller to fold. If you can figure out what the hell I'm talking about then good luck to you.
