Question about Sony Computers & Internet
I have a 8GB Sony Pendrive. When I open in Windows XP It shows the drive has not been formatted. Do you want to Format it? If I format with Fat32 Windows displays that Unable to write. When I tried with Ubuntu Gpart it shows as /dev/sdb and unallocated space. How do I create apartition and make use of my pen drive
XP has a stupid feature like that. If you did format with the XP style, try to do it manually.
My computer > Locate your usb pendrive >Rightclick and Format.
If this don't work, your pendrive might just be malfunctioning. Replace it if you can, or upgrade to external harddrive.
