Help me put new Frequencys in my scanner

I got this scanner from my dad and he had lost the owners Manuel to it and I do not know how to program the radio

Uniden bearcat bc60xlt1 programming: press manual button,enter the frequency you want to add. if freq starts with a 0 skip that number and enter the freq and the period and the rest of the freq, then push the E
button.Push manual for the next slot. when you get all 30 freq entered, then push scan button. Go to radio shack to get your freq list.

There is no general reset function that will clear all of the frequencies (they're not codes) from your scanner, but there are two ways to clear individual frequencies:
1. Programming "0.0" (zero point zero) into a channel will remove the programmed frequency.
2. Programming a new frequency into any channel will remove/override the previously programmed frequency.

Can't get Hopkinville police radio on my scanner

I know that most frequencys did change, I had the same problem when all the police went to digital, I had to put in new frequencys.

one of the following should be the correct one, both are for the same model, but i believe there may have been submodels
