Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today.Have you changed your water filter? If you have one it will be inside the fridge or on bottom in the front. This also happens when the water pressure is to low going to the unit from the house. If all those are ok make sure the tank in the fridge behind the drawers is not frozen,You can use a hair dryer to thaw out the tank

Sorry if you don't like this solution, it does not make it work correctly. But my water works all the time now.
We too had the water dispensor stopping due to freezing of water in the storage tank. A blow dryer and about 10 minutes later we could get it working again.
We tried different fridge temp settings , and according to a thermometer placed inside the fridge in various locations we are getting the fridge temps we want, so it is not runing too cold.
I tried insulating the storage tank and the lines, this did not work.
I removed the tank and just connected the two lines, this still did not work.
I finally just pulled the lines out of the fridge completely and connected them underneath the fridge so water runs from the valve at back straight to door. The plastic panel on bottom was a great place to store the lines. I drilled a hole to reroute the door line to this area . Line runs behind lower plastic cover on front . The water does not get cold, but it never stops flowing, this was more important to us. I did consider rerouting both lines to the top shelf and putting the storage tank back in to get colder water, but no one minds the way it works so I probably will not do this. I would have run them up the back to avoid the inside lower area of the fridge. In the long run I will avoid this brand and avoid "twin-cooling" completely. All my neighbors and friends who bought this type all had to throw them away as they were too dofficult and expensive to keep running.

Fridge is not cooling down. Freezer is fine only the fridge. Plus the water dispenser - water is not that cold

These units like most fridge/freezers, actually cool the freezer first, then a damper opens that flows freezer air into the fridge side cooling it. The thermostat/switch controls the freezer, the refrigerator is controlled with a damper. The cold water storage tank is usually hidden in the bottom rear of the fridge, behind the vegetable bins, so if the fridge is not cold the H20 is also warm. I suggest you unplug the fridge, empty the freezer and remove the covers. Your issue could be a simple ice blockage of the air passage, or a stuck or broken damper control. Use Sears parts to look up a exploded view of your fridge. At minimum, you will learn a bit, and if you end up calling a service guy, he will know he cannot fool you and overcharge you.

Yep, This sounds like a freezing problem, there is a water tank heater and a water line heater in the system, The tank heater is located behind the panel that the tank is mounted to. there is also a heater fuse in the circuit behind the panel. you will need to us a heat gun or blow dryer to defrost and check somethings back there. I saw someone selling a repair service manual on the online auction place E b a y that may help you further troubleshoot the problem.

You have a leaking water tank inside the refrig behind the crispers . The tank ( now plastic hoses ) is easily replaceable . Called a water resevoir technically .

No water from dispenser

I could not locate any white tank where the water comes to/from. There is only a clear plastic water line behind the crisper drawers, that is coiled up and goes up to the water filter at the top on one end, and down through the bottom of the fridge on the other. The coiled line seemed like perhaps it was frozen, so I took a hair dryer to that but it didn't help. I also tried removing the cardboard cover in the bottom back of the fridge, to see if perhaps the white tank was back there, but it was only
more line, which goes towards the front of the fridge, where it goes up into the corner of the door.
