Question about Televison & Video
Just do a hard reset and check. To make it a hard reset, unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 20 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. If it do not help you, the main board to this TV has the fault, and have to be located. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts.

I have had this same problem twice in the past 3 months. So far both times I've been able to get it back after a week or two. I'm not sure what works, but unplugging and detaching the antenna and cable and waiting a few days seems to be the key. In both instances, I unplugged it for a few days then plugged it in for a few days and repeated the processes until I eventually got the steady red led. Both times prior to the red led the led would flash red then green and make a clickiing noise for several hours before I was able to get it working again.

SOURCE: Tv will not turn on
The green blinks are an error code indicating a specific fault, your power supply developed an 'over-voltage' issue and needs to be serviced at your local repair shop.......

Ur power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics’ and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors. These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get ur tv power stable, and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
Good luck and hope this helpout....
