Make sure the Video Output settling is accurate to the TV/connection you are using (i.e. HDMI, analog etc)
This can be changed in the System Settings
If you have recently changed TV's - Set your PS3 back up on your previous TV and then go through the Video Output settings and change to the new TV your are using.
Hope this helps.

Is samsung Dine Jr supports ps2 games

Assuming you're referring to the Samsung DNIe Jr, then yes, it will support displaying the output of a PS2 console on it's screen. You may need a RCA+Composite to Coaxial Signal Modulator to convert the PS2's signal Composite and RCA output to standard Coaxial-Compatible input though, depending on the ports your TV has.

Why is my playstation 2 in black and white? I have changed av cables, different video inputs, also swapped dvd player with ps2 video inputs. The dvd player is still in color? is there something with the...

For me it sounds like the TV treats the incomming signal as a SVHS signal. I have had the same problem with a SEGA dreamcast back in the days. In my case it was a quite simple setting in one of the TV menus.

Try different video inputs. (and SCART adapters) This is also is a important step. Some older TV's doesn't have SVHS support at some of the SCART inputs, and in your case that will be a good thing.
But as you said, you maybe already have tried this.

Don't know if this was any help for you but i wish you good luck!
(Because PS2 is still really fun playing)

Ps2 will not show anything on the tv

Well I used to have this problem. To fix it, I would take the TV/Video IN plug out of the back of the console. Then I would put it back in, and I would have sound and video. I've also been able to just wiggle it while it is still in the console, and that would sometimes work too.

Ps2 slim doesn't play color. i beg you.

I have only seen this when the PS2 slim has been modded. What I do when this happens is hook the PS2 slim to a HD TV. This clears up the color. The modchip seems to drain the video power low enough that the normal TV with composite connection cannot resolve the signal. The only way to repair this is to get a new motherboard that is not modchipped. IF it is not modded, you still need a new motherbaord. Buy a broken will not read discs PS2 slim with that is NTSC or PAL whichever you use. Exchange the motherboards. You also need to be sure the Broken PS2 slim will boot up, and possibly read CD's but not Games.

Connecting Sony PS2 to Panasonic HT32LZD85

First off you need to retire that ps2 and join the PS3 revolution, well worth the money although with the recent drop of the inferior x-box 360 the PS3 may follow suit shortly.

Now, I'm gathering from your discription limited as it may be that you had an adapter that connected the the stock cable that was included with your ps2 which consists of the end that interfaces with the ps2 and the end that is ment to provide the signal to your tv which includes your composite video (yellow) and your left and right audio (red&white).

If this is case then it should be a simple matter of removing the adapter that changed the source (ps2) signal to aerial and pluging the yellow red and white cables direct to your tv (standard imputs at the rear of the television should be video 1,2,3 ect.

Then just make sure your tv is on and set to the correct imput and you should be rockin and rolling in no time.

Most game machines have their signal output on channel 3 or 4.

If you TV isn't set to the proper channel, you will see nothing.

TV does not recognize PS2 input

On the TV you should have a video, input or mode button. If you press that button while the PS2 is on it should pickup the signal. You need to be in video mode instead of cable mode since you are using the red, yellow, white cables. Many TVs have a few video modes so press it wait a few seconds and try again if it does not work. Hope this helps:)

Panasonic plasma will not display signal

Ous worked a little odd like that also. Even the part about the pip. Try to hook the ps2 through the cable box which then connects to the tv. This worked for our dvd and wii. Hope it works.
