Does it have steering wheel controls. If so check to see that mute button has not been inadvertently pressed. If problem persists check out this link.

NO power to the radio or clock

Did you actually check the radio plug for power, or does the display just not illuminate? I ask because this radio has a little bulb inside that burns out that illuminates the clock, and radio station. You can confirm this by trying to use the radio normally, and trying to 'seek' a station. If you can get it to tune in, it is definitely the bulb. Another way is to shine a nice bright flashlight into the clock face. You should be able to see the stations and clock, that at least will tell you that the radio is working. - Hope this helps =)

My honda accord radio has been decoded but the volume is not functioning. why is there no sound and one cannot tune in to any station?

Was it just replaced? No tuning is the antenna wire wasn't plugged in. It would get stations manually, but with static. Not lock by itself. No sound could be a bad replacement radio or an amp. Check the amp fuse first.

Raido i have power, just no sound coming from speakers

all cars now have radio codes.
when lost some go dead, 100% others tune ok but sound is cut only.
in your case. check fuse first
some cars have seperate amp. and its own fuse.
this is all covered in the FSM and at alldata.com. USA>

so the radio dont tune, most you can see it tune with the seek button
see it scan and stop at station, this shows you it has power.

2003 Tahoe - no of the power options work on the front passenger door; no power window, no power lock, no power mirror, no power seat. Also these items cannot be controlled by driver side either. Normally...

that sounds strange. you maybe failing to check one fuse. check all locations for fuses in your car. normally under the hood, and under the dash.
it can also be a relay not working, try to follow the cables from the fuse box once you identify which ones are the ones that control those accesories.

Radio comes but no sound. Radio seems to be working and the connections are ok. Fuses are ok.

if you dont get even a pop or crack when turned on at first, check the radios memory on the read-out on the radio face and see if its on mute setting, and if this is not the case, there are 2 fuses, one controls memory power and the other controls audio output power, check both as if one fuse is out the other cant make the radio operate properly

2008 Nissan Altima radio (AM/FM/CD) does not respond to buttons except on/off volume. It was playing an FM station (cant't tune/scan) and now plays a CD that won't eject.

2008 Altima radio-the sound just quit working. Everything else seems to be OK. I can change the radio stations, but no sound. Is there a fuse that could be bad?
