Dear William,
Best practise: wear an anti-staic wrist-band! Leave machine plugged in to power but make sure that power is switched OFF at wall - (this will ensure that the machine is safely 'earthed'. . Open box cover - there are usually release button(s) to do this. Once computer box is open, connect anti-static wrist-band alligator clip to bare frame. The PCI-card covers are usually attached by one screw/nut: UNDO. Remove slot-cover. Insert new card into PCI-slot. Make sure it is home & replace locking screw. Remove anti-static clip. Close box. Power-up & let Windows find/install new device. I hope that this helps - 'b'ye - Bruce.

It "popped" a circuit breaker

NORMALLY THERE ARE SCREWS TO REMOVE TO ACCESS A PANEL TO REMOVE THE LIGHT BULB. IF THERE ARE NOT, THEN THE EXTERIOR COVER MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED TO ACCESS THE LIGHT BULB. THIS EXTERIOR COVER HAS SCREWS.
MAKE SURE YOUR CIRCUIT BREAKER IS OFF BEFORE YOU TRY TO REPLACE THE BULB.

Cannot connect to my dsl service they say i have a bad network card or adaptor what is it and how can i fix

The network card also know as a "NIC" is installed inside the PC.
You can change it by purchasing a new one.
Unplug the electrical plug before removing the cover of the PC.
Locate the NIC by following the Cable from the DSL modem, that is the card you want to replace.
Unplug the Cable from the modem, remove the screw located top back of card.
Pull up gently on the card to remove it from the slot and replace with the new one. You may have apply gentle downward force to seat the card.
Plug back in the Cable to the modem, replace cover, plug back in the Electrical supply and start up the computer. The system should atomatically find the card and install the drivers for it.

Installing exterior driver side and passaner side door handles

I found this on another page, hope it helps:)

Remove the plastic cover behind the door handle assembly by removing one black 14mm nut from just above the door handle, and 1 screw (usually phillips) from the bottom of the plastic cover.
Remove linkages from lock cylinder and door handle assembly. Use a small flathead screwdriver to slide retaining clips forward, and linkages will come free.
Remove one black 14mm nut from the very top of the door handle assembly.
Remove one phillips screw drom the bottom of the door handle assembly.
Door handle assembly should now come free by pulling out slightly at the top, and pulling upwards.
Transfer lock cylinder and key minder light (if applicable) to new door handle assembly. Lock cylinder is retained by a single TORX bolt.
Reinstall in reverse.
TIP: If you lose or damage any of those black plastic coated nuts, order new ones. They are GM p/n 10067214 and should be around $0.58/each. There are two on each door.
