Hi i have a medion PC and just recently i had the BSOD show up and then it wouldn't start at all, When I boot up the PC all it does is beep rapidly and nothing else. What should I do ?
Please work through this article to troubleshoot the startup.
The bios beep code can be used to diagnose the problem, as can the stop error codes from your BSOD. See links here and here.
I can't seem to access the correct medion support knowledgebase article without knowing your pc model number, but here's another link that would indicate you might have a phoenix bios, in which case see the codes associated with that. Or you could look up your bios in the specifications for your system here.

Check your motherboard manual or download a pdf document from the manufacturer. Read the section detailing post beep error codes. If you cannot find the manual anywhere start removing all but basic hardware until your computer boots. IE CD's external graphics cards/modems/network cards/ disconnect usb hubs from the board./Ram sticks Its helpful if you have replacement hardware laying around for testing or another computer that you can borrow from to ascertain the exact problem your experiencing. Somthing has failed in your machine and it's probably RAM. Your hard disk may have failed but even so that would not prevent the motherboard from posting.
