Please work through this article to troubleshoot the startup.
The bios beep code can be used to diagnose the problem, as can the stop error codes from your BSOD. See links here and here.
I can't seem to access the correct medion support knowledgebase article without knowing your pc model number, but here's another link that would indicate you might have a phoenix bios, in which case see the codes associated with that. Or you could look up your bios in the specifications for your system here.
If you narrow it down and want further help, post back with the results...

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Check your motherboard manual or download a pdf document from the manufacturer. Read the section detailing post beep error codes. If you cannot find the manual anywhere start removing all but basic hardware until your computer boots. IE CD's external graphics cards/modems/network cards/ disconnect usb hubs from the board./Ram sticks Its helpful if you have replacement hardware laying around for testing or another computer that you can borrow from to ascertain the exact problem your experiencing. Somthing has failed in your machine and it's probably RAM. Your hard disk may have failed but even so that would not prevent the motherboard from posting.

Sony Vaio PCV-Rs410, does not go past boot screen, and often goes into BSOD

Have you done any Hardware/Software Updates/Upgrades? Have you tried a System Restore/Recovery? Reseat the Memory mods, Graphic Card, etc. Try to boot to safe mode, Open msconfig, select Normal Startup, reboot. Let us know what the results are.

I am using G60 T HP LAPTOP. NOW I AM UNABLE TO GET THE DESKTOP IN MY LAPTOP WHEREAS IT SHOWS TOTAL BLUE SCREEN

Try repeatedly pressing F8 whilst it is booting and using the safe mode option.

If it boots ok then un-install any recent software changes and try to re-boot normally again.

bsod (blue screen of death) can be cause by many things but there is usually some form of error message either just before or during a bsod.

That complete message would be most useful in diagnosing any further issues you may have.

I am trying to fix a power problem on a medion laptop. When you press the power button, the power led lights up but nothing else happen. The laptop does not start. Any help.

Hi,

When you turn on the system and NO BEEP sound it could be a problem with the system board that fails initialize and boot your system to the operating system. If you hear a beeping sound, you may need to reseat the memory card of your system.

Keep me posted.

Thanks.

Medion PC model MD 1777 wabout 4 yrs old will not start/boot up. Blue light just flickers continusly and makes a tapping sound.

Remove any disk inserted n your computer (floppy or cd) and try again.
Check the cables connection and monitor connection.
If no boot, try boot your PC using the CD restore provided with your machine
