Question about Computers & Internet
My LaCie 500 GB external hard drive (Design Neil Poulton model) used to work fine but now every time i connect it to any computer it will emit a rattling noise within 30 seconds and illegally disconnect itself within about a minute of that happening. This problem occurs whether i attempt to move files onto the drive or not! I am using a Mac with 450 GB partitioned to work on that and about 50GB available for PC compatible space.
I have a Kanguru QS2 500g External Hard Drive that has a mind of its own. Sometimes it will make a beep and then disconnect itself. Following this, I usually have to connect and re-connect it several times before it stops doing this. Sometimes it works for a long period of time. However the main problem is that it can randomly disconnect at any time.
How can I make the connection stable and not have to worry about it randomly disconnecting?
Please try changing the hard disk compartment and thanks for your question
