SOURCE: MORNING BOUGHT A AVG INTERNET SECURITY

Sue, some viral/spyware/trojan infections won't allow your to install Anti virus software. Try my favorite Malwarebytes. Google for web site and link to download. Download, update and scan. If your system shows an error on update then it is surely infected. Boot on safe mode and then install & scan.. Good luck!

How to remove bent augers from craftsman 27 inch snow thrower. model #944.528393

There is no repair manual for Craftsman snowthrowers including the Husqvarna built ones like yours. Sears trains their techs to repair these, but not the general public.
Here is the operators manual. It includes detail parts listings so you should be able to go off them to tear the unit apart.
http://www.managemylife.com/mmh/owner_manuals/25209/CRAFTSMAN-Snowthrower-Gas-L0909438?brand_name_search=craftsman+52839
I suggest you split the snowthrower from the power unit and put it on a workbench at a convieninet height for you to work from.
On page 22 of the manual is a parts breakdown of the impeller/blower area. Use this to tear your unit apart.
Feel free to ask anymore questions.

I have a new 650 sears craftsman self propelled 22" lawnmower that will not start. I have gone through the prime bulb instructions, still no luck.\r\nAny ideas? Walter in Alberta Canada.

could be the priming bulb gasket between the air-filter assy. and the carb.
I have the same lawnmower and if I prime with gas from a can it will start but stop after a few seconds. When I push the bulb I can hear air leaking in this area. You can replace the gasket by removing the back half of the air-filter assembly. I am looking to buy a gasket today I let you know how it works out! Thanks Ron

Craftsman self propelled lawn mower will not propell

Take off the cover up front on the self propel. Engage the self propel and make sure your cable is not broken. If that is ok then remove the wheels and inspect the molded cogs on the inside of the wheels and make sure they are not stripped out. If they are stripped go to www.sears.com and on the tool bar click on parts direct. Under model number enter yours and it will take you to a parts diagram. Get the part number for the wheels and go to local small engine parts dealer and get new. You can also do a search on the web for the wheels and maybe get them cheaper.

Good luck and let me know if this helps or you need any more help.

You may have a bad clutch assembly. Check it and then see if the belt is tight enough.
