Install the driver that comes with your phone first then connect the phone. Or switch off the phone to operate as a flash memory card.

Good luck.

Samsung does not offer a Data Kit software package, for the purpose of transferring data between the handset and a personal computer or for using a Verizon Handset handset as a modem for a personal computer. However, depending on the model, there may be a media card slot located on the side of handset or in the battery compartment that allows information to be transferred to a personal computer with the use of a media card reader. For information on selecting the correct media card reader, please visit the Samsung Accessory website or check with a local computer store to purchase a media card reader compatible with both your computer and the media card type. You can download Samsung juke SCH-U470 drivers from samsung official site. If you have a type of media sync like windows media player you can start media player and select sync. This will sync your computers mp3 files with your phone. Then all you have to do is select the songs you want on your phone and copy them to the synced device.

Cant figure out how 2 put songs from my SD memory card 2 my phone

Plug your phone into your computer using the usb cable. Then go into media, and my music. Click sync and it should connect then just use the windows media player. Thats how I do it. If it doesn't connect its because you dont have the right drivers installed. I dont know if doing it the way you are is supposed to work or not. I have never tried it. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Put mp3 music on an at&t tilt

So on your Mini SD you need to make a folder named MUSIC. Then you just put ur music into it. After that place the card back into the phone. Next on the phone go into the start menu and into the Tools menu. On there press file explorer. From here you can view all files on the phone. From there go onto storage card and in there select music. That will show all the music files. To import the music into the WMP library go into Windows Media Player from your programs list. Once in WMP press men and then press update library. This process could take any where from 30 mins. to an hour. once that is done you got it working

Digital concepts high speed storage 2-n-1 card reader can't be detected on lap top

If your sister is using a windows based operating system like 95 or 2000, you will need to install the driver for that. The OS cant read anyting until you install the driver for it. But Windows Xp does not need any driver installation. Because it all ready has bulit in. If you are using Windows Xp then the problem can be harder to find out.

If u are using Windows XP, try to install the driver just in case,
then see if it works, if not then there can be a problem with the card reader. Try using this with other friends of yours. And see if the Chip is fine or not damaged.

Got a new SD Card + Card Reader but when I download my music on it...

You cannot just move WMA songs onto the card and play in the MP3 player. MP3 format may work this way, but for sure the player only seems to be able to recongize WMA files when syncd through Windows Media with the USB cord attached. Be sure the DESELECT 'copy folder hierecy' under the sync options/properties of the MP3 player drive or SD card drive.

When using XP Pro and Windows Media Player you can transfer WMA but you have to go into the PROPERTIES of the drive (mine was mp-556/G: drive) and DESELECT the option to transfer folder hierecy. The MP3 player is not able to reconginize the folder structure it usually creates.

This player only seems to be able to transfer MP3 format with Vista, using windows media player sync. I can syne MP3s formats, but not WMAs at all. Unless someone found otherwise
