I need a product to glue 2 wood pieces together of a broken statuette.

white glue is good but the pieces will need to be held tightly together for at least 12 hours and more would be better up to about 24 hours. Any excess that runs out can be easily wiped away with a wet cloth etc.

What type of adhesive to use to fasten underhung stainless steel sink to granite countertop

No adhesive will permanently hold the sink, you should have a fabricator drill and install pins to screw the sink into place, you could also push it tight to the stone and then secure it a piece of wood screwed into the back wall of the cabinet.

How do you remove the centrfugal clutch to get to the Starter rope?

It turns off of a small threaded section of the crankshaft, counterclockwise. I would first spray the center with penetrating oil, let soak. I would then use a dull flat blade chisel and place it against the ears of the clutch near the center and give it a few sharp whacks with a hammer. You can substitute a small sturdy piece of wood in place of the chisel. It will be tight, but with a little patience, you can get it to come loose, then just spin it off the shaft.

I have a Sabre Solingen #111 fixed blade knife that is missing one or more pieces from the pommel portion that keeps the knife together and components tight. I am looking for the replacement parts.

I found a Sabre Solingen 111 knife in the woods in 1963. I've kept it over the years and just wondering how old it is ? The flip side of the fixed blade says American Knife Co. Germany. I've never had a knife keep a sharp edge like this one. It's a beauty for sure. Thanks if you can help. Bill

How do I lock the motor in to remove bolt and replace blade

If there is not a built in lock for the motor simply use a scrap piece of wood. Pull back the blade guard and place the saw on the piece of wood with the teeth logged into the wood. Apply pressure downward on the teeth and remove the bolt holding the blade in place. You can also use a scrap piece of wood to wedge in the saw between the guard and the blade to prevent it from turning. Be careful and make sure you are turning the bolt in the correct direction.

Two pieces of my wood laminate flooring came undone and it is in the middle of a 25X25 room is there anyway to fix that with out taking the whole floor apart. one piece is higher than the other so i need...

If you can get the toungue and groove to go back together and force the two pieces back down flat, you might consider nailing it down with a couple of small brads and then setting and filling the nail holes.
Sometimes it is possible to cut part of the tongue off one piece if the tongue is damaged and won't engage smoothly, but leave enough to keep the piece interlocked with its mate. You can cut it with a sharp utility knife by making repeated cuts.
Mask off the finished area adjacent so you don't damage it.
But why did it come up in the first place? Is it installed too tightly in the room, so that expansion due to changes in humidity has caused it to buckle?
You may need to address the underlying cause for any repair you do to last...
I hope this helps to shed a little light on a difficult situation....

Need to get the expansion tank out of bmw 323i 2000 cannot remove it any suggestions?

?? i think it's part of your radiator, it's all one piece.
if it's separate from the radiator it should be hanging there only with some screws or clips, the rest is just pressure.
the have some rubber grommets on the bottom that keep them tight

Alternator and belt tension

I removed the alternator for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I started by removing the belt, by placing a 1/2" ratchet in the groove on the belt tension pulley. Once the belt was removed I removed the two bolts holding the alternator in place and the wiring. The alternator bracket held the alternator tightly, it took a little persuasion with a heavy hammer and a piece of wood. The wood protected the alternator from damage. I also, had to remove the battery box and top radiator hose to get enough room to hammer the alternator out of the bracket. Putting the new one in also, took lite taps with a hammer to place it in the bracket.
