I'm using LEO Privacy. And once I forgot my password, I found their customer service support, they quickly helped me to solve this problem. Fortunately, I did not use factory reset, otherwise all files would be lost. Great app!

Android systems can be full factory reset from the Android System Recovery menu.
For Recovery menu, press and hold the Power On button and some other key (Volume Up, Volume Down, Home ). The combination is different for the different models.
When you are in the Android system recovery menu, use The Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power button for confirmation.
Choose one by one:
- wipe data / factory reset
- Yes -- delete all user data
- reboot system now
Pattern Lock- Incorrectly enter pattern 5 times (4 or more points each time) . Pop up message will appear Click Next and you will be prompted for google a/c details or security question for pattern lock.
tap forgotten pattern and on next screen enter google account details. Then next screen allows you to choose a new screen lock option.
Otherwise for a factory reset use recovery mode The only other solution is a hard reset which is only as a last resort. You need to access Androids Recovery mode. Check your manual. Most devices it is power off then power up holding volume + and power buttons.
Once in this mode use power down button to highlight "wipedata/factory reset option, then use power button to select it.
Vol - button to to scroll and select yes delete all user data option with power button. When device reset select option to reboot now and the device will turn on unlocked but you will have lost your personal data.
If you use the wrong pattern often enough, Android will ask you to login to the tablet using your Google ID and password (the one you use for Gmail and your calendar). This should allow you to access the tablet and from there you can set a new pattern.
Normally, with Android devices, if you enter the wrong pattern five times in a row, the device will give you an option to enter your Google account information (e-mail address and password). Once you have done this, it will let you reset your security pattern. If this doesn't work, the next best thing to try would be a firemware The firmware update process will wipe the root of the device (but leave your SD card and books intact), basically resetting it to factory settings, before you even set a security pattern. Hello Jachin, if you still have this problem. Try doing a "hard reset" - Turn off tablet - Hold down the power and volume "down" key together - when red text appears select "yes" by holding down power key for 10 secs.
Reformatting shall commence
Please note that this process works on most android tablets.
