Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
I Have a Graffiti Mp3 Player [Not Very Popular]. I Had It For About 6mnths. It Was Working Good Then Recently It Said That One Of The Usb Devices Attached To The Computer Has Malfunctioned And Windows Does Not Recognize it. I Tried Different Computers And It Says The Same Thing. I Tried Disabling It, Unistalling it, Updating it but it says It Couldnt Find a Better Match. Than Tried To Roll Back The Driver Files Have Been Backed Up For This Device. I Also Tried TroubleShoot But it Still Aint Do Anything. The Mp3 Player Plays But I Cant Delete Some Of The Music Or Add Them Or The Computer Isnt Picking It Up In My Computers. I Really Need help With This! Do You Have Any Advice?? Plus My Parents Wont Get Another One.
Just so you know, you had nothing to do with this. It's because ILO doesn't major in mp3 players, they major in TVs. So, when they build these mp3 players, they don't spend a lot of time on them. They only care about profit. It's a crappy mp3 player made by a crappy company and i use to have one too. My suggestion, throw it out and replace it with an iPod or a Zune or a Zen Stone because the companies that make those (Apple, Microsoft, and Creative) actually think about customer satisfaction first and not money. I replaced my ILO with an iPod touch, and I have had no problems at all. My family owns a Creative and a couple of iPods. My brother has a 1st generation iPod touch that he's had for 3 1/2 years and it still works PERFECTLY!!!! If you don't have the $230 to buy one, you can find a used one on ebay or amazon for a really good price and they usually work just as well, just with a couple scratches or smudges. Hope this helps!!!!
