Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Netflix keeps crashing. Error code: U7361-1253-C00D6D79

Netflix says either you computer needs updates, so "Check for updates" and ensure you're updated; or it could be a problem if you use a TV for a monitor and there's issues with the TV audio, try this link: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/39917

If this works, please come back and indicate if it solved your issue, otherwise, leave a response and describe your setup including brands if any on how you watch Netflix.

Do you have to have cable tv to have netflix?

No, you do not have to have Cable TV in order to get the Netflix service. However, in order to watch Netflix you basically need to have an internet connection preferable of decent speed. You will also need a supported device that will let you watch Netflix.

The internet speed will ultimately determine whether you get quality video output on the device you intended to watch Netflix.

You can watch Netflix on your computer or you can use a device (generally now called a media device) that will allow for you to watch Netflix on your TV.

The Netflix app comes on many different media devices, which you essentially plug to you TV and connect to your home Internet connection.

Newer TV have the Netflix app built in to them as well as Internet. These TVs are referred to as Smart TV.

Right of the top of my head are the following Netflix capable devices Xbox 360, Roku, Wii...

Here are a list of other supported devices on Netflix's Website:

1.Watch videos at off peak times, if possible 2.Do not run other programs while watching videos. They slow down computer ingeneral by making use of memory. 3.Add RAM on your computer. More RAM will make easy execution of heavy programson your system. 4.Get better and speedy internet connection. Talk to your ISP in this regard. 5.Regularly clean windows registry. Computer shuts down watching netflix.........1/2 way into a movie Dell Inspiron 1525mj

The most likely thing is that you need to adjust your power savings settings on the computer in Control Panel. Watching a movie doesn't register as "activity" to the system so if you are set to Sleep or Hibernate after an hour that would typically cut you off half way thorught the movie.

You can change the power savings settings or every 30-40 minutes move the mouse around or click the keyboard etc. to restart the timer.
