It's the fan motor. A relay problem would cause the motor not to run at all.

I have a refrigerator with 2 seperate doors, the fridge department doesnt make the stuff cool, the freezer hower works, what can the problem be?

It would be very helpful for you to provide a brand for your unit. If this is a Sub-Zero, you likely have a freon leak on one circuit. If it is a single compressor model, you likely have a circulating fan that is stuck or burnt out. A cold freezer is good. The problem is likely very simple. Check the circulating fan.

the manufacture is only required to supply the part free of charge thru its warranty period. the installing company probably would only give a 1year labor warranty and honor the pparts thru the manufacture for 5 years but unless you paid additinal for an extended labor warranty i dont think you are going to have much luck. Make sure you change your air filters every 30 days a dirty filter is one of the biggest causes of evap coils prematurely leaking. Sorry wish i could be more help.

Fan relay wireing

It is a peanut style relay with 5 wires. Two which are for a coil, and 1 normally open and one normally closed and one hot. The relay on that model does tell you that.
