SOURCE: i have a weather king heating furnace i have 4

NO....this is likely the burner on the end not lighting????This can cause a serious c ondition known as "Delayed Ignition"...the burner lighter/crossover bar or burner itself is either dirty or you can also have a spider make a tiny web in the pipe blocking the gas to the last burner...You can clean the burner/s yourself....some come out very easily by removing a couple screws and lifting the burner up and out...then cleaned with a dry brush etc....also insert a fine wire into the orifice that supplies that burner with gas to ensure its not blocked.....I would seriously suggest you have a Technician come out ASAP

I have Omega EHE 100S ducted heating when I switch it on there is no response at all. Can you help me out?

If your green light flashes a normal 1 second flash continuously, it means your furnace has a normal heartbeat. If your green lite flashes so many times then stops and then flashes that many times again, then stops again, and repeats again, count the number of flashes, write down that number, then remove the fan door the schematic will tell you the trouble. If your furnace has a normal heartbeat, the thermostat or wiring from the thermostat to the furnace is opoen or faulty.

Goodman furnace gmh95090cxac wont stay lit keeps clicking will lite then clicks back off what would be the problem

Hello, if the burners light but do not stay on for more than 10 seconds, I would clean the flame sensor. The flame sensor is a metal rod that is on the opposite side of the Igniter, sometimes it gets coated by oxidation and does not sense the burner flame and shuts the Furnace down. To clean to kill power to tje furnace, remove flame sensor and clean with a steel wool, then reinstall and start Furnce back up. If this does not work then most likely the Igniter is too weak to ignite the gas and will have ro be replaced.

My one year old Day and Night heater is throwing a diagnostic code 6 -- flashing 6 times, meaning it doesn't sense the gas(?). Gas is on. Can I reset this myself?

How could it sense gas? What it probably means is it does not sense gas ignition. These new fangled furnaces rely on electronic ignition. The only probo is a built in safety system which verify s ignition has occurred. This is critical. The system must confirm their is flame from monitoring resistance in a flame sensing probe and that verifies Houston we have ignition!. Ok what I believe might be happening with your furnace is the sensor is contaminated with a buildup o it which won't readily allow enough noticeable change in resistance for the control to recognize if the gas is lit. We would not want raw gas going into the house would we? So I would remove the flame sensor and clean the residue off it and retry like in this video

I have a 15 yr old armstrong furnace, it wont lite all the time on first try, repair man has replace the smartvalve, igniter and the sensor, the enducer motor comes on then igniter gets brite orange then it...

Has your repairman checked the pressure switch that senses when the inducer is running? Often times when this happens it is the pressure switch or there is something like water in the exhaust piping that will keep it from working. Go to the outside of the exhaust, if you hear water gurgling than you have a problem there. Make sure that the intkae air pipe is clear if you have one. It is okay to pull if off at the furnace tempoarily to see if it works without it.Check the small hoses going to the pressure switch to see if there is any water in one of them.
Just some other things that you can check to see if you can find the problem. It really should lite off on the first try, but yes, it wil try three times before locking out.

Furnace not working. ok light flashing

The flashing light indicates that there is a problem. Turn off the power and then back on. Count the flashes and it will indicate the code to the problem. There will be a time pause between the flash codes. The most common problem is the failure of the hot surface igniter .

Gas flows to long before igniting.

try cleaning the crossovers between the burners. Also look closely at the flame and make sure that the burner is firing all the way to the pilot. Sometimes its just a few little holes that vent a little gas to give the flame a path to follow will be stopped up and cause the condition you describe

Coleman Furnace

Based on the info you have given here, I am going to make some assumptions. In "cleaning out all the components" you cleaned the air filter or changed it, cleaned the duct-work, and the intake combustion chamber? When the "furnace stays lite" the pilot and the main burner stays on? Lastly, when it "continues to blow cold air" is this when the main burner is on after long periods of time? If the answers are all yes, then maybe some of the ducts have come off, or the burners aren't working correctly.
