A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If it already have windows on it there is a easy Solution, reinstall windows XP, this will remove any other user infomation from the hard drive, if you want to crack the user log in that take a little more skill, i have a disk that does it tho i'm really not sure where it came from, get back to you about it

First try is to hold down CTRL + ALT + DEL and try typing in as the user "Administrator" with no password, if this does not work do not worry, it only works on half the systems anyway. Of course the next try is rebooting into safe mode by pressing F8 during the boot but before the windows screen, when it loads up safe mode it actually gives you an administrator option as a login, usually works. The last and third way is to actually use the windows xp operating system disc and boot to it and run a windows repair, suggest talking to a technician if you do this one. Once you get into windows just go to control panel from the start menu and open up user accounts and then access the account that needs the password to be changed and change it.
