I can't get to my emails once i get to my inbox

One thing I have found during the last 20 years you do not use an email program that downloads your emails to your computer if you do and have a computer problem then all emails are lost go to your service providers website and log into your email account from there
and any emails that are from unknown sources delete them More viruses are spread through emails than is realised this is probably what you have so run Malwarebytes to check it out

You have to log on to each email account to be able to read any email.. once you have logged on (with your user name and password).. you can go directly to the inbox, click on inbox, then click on any individual email you wish to read... Good luck..

Best way is to use a laptop or pc then access your email. Once verified, it will automatically update when you sign in again on your phone.

If you don't have an account, click "Sign Up" near the top of the page, fill out the registration form and submit the information.
Once your account is created, navigate to the Yahoo homepage and click the "Mail" icon near the top of the page.

Click on the subject heading of a message to read your inbox messages.
Delete inbox messages by selecting the message you want to delete and clicking the "Delete" button.

Generally when someone uses the term 'inbox' they are talking about the folder where their email program stores emails. This folder can contain emails that have been read and emails that have not been read. After you 'delete' and email from your 'inbox' it is usually stored in a folder called 'Trash'.

Anyway, if you actually want to delete 'inbox' as apposed to say deleting all the emails in 'inbox' it can get a little tricky.

Here is how it is done for Firefox:

Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Account Settings'. Find 'Server Settings' under the account for which you wish to remove the 'inbox'.. Once on the 'Server Settings' page look for 'Local Directory' on the bottom left of the dialog. Click on the 'Browse' button. When the 'Browse for Folder' dialog comes up you will see your current 'inbox's name and location as it will be highlighted in the list.

I'd recommend chosing a new folder as your 'inbox' at that time, Then use Windows Explorer to browse to that location and delete the folder.

The only possibility is that the email is landing in spam or junk folder, please check the spam folder and if you find the email, try marking it as not spam so that next time you receive the email, it will be delivered to your inbox rather than spam folder

on hotmail once you sign into your account, you are shown a page that shows you the total amount of new inbox messages you have(this is displayed on the top-left corner of the page within a bracket with digits which are the amounts of new mails you have). click on this and you are taken to another page that shows you the list of all mails in your inbox, select the one you want and read it.
