Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
FROM SWITCHIG ON THE SET FROM STANDBY MODE THE TV MAKES A SOUND LIKE A SQUEEKING SOUND ABOUT SEVEN OR EIGHT TIMES AND GOES BACK TO STANDBY NO RASTER OR ANY SIGN OF OTHER LIFE.
There is short circuited component/s at its horizontal scan output stage circuit. Check the horizontal output transistor first. Check it for collector to emitter, or collector to base, leak. Replace it with the same numebr, and check. If it do not help you, check and replace the Line Output Transformer [LOT]. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts.

That blinks and flashing have a diagnostic code;
Here is a list of the problems that might have occurred indicated by the number of blinks. The words in parentheses are those, which you will see for each of these faults on a diagnosis screen described later in this article.
Now that you know about these self-diagnostics, how do you use them? Say that you have a set with a black screen. You see that the LED is blinking four times. This would tell you that you have no vertical sweep, which is why the video is muted. If it was blinking 6 times, you would know that you have a horizontal fault. It's not a sure cure..
IMPORTANT: After you repair the unit, you MUST clear the values on this diagnostic screen. These codes do not reset themselves after the fault is corrected, so if you don't clear them, you'll be seeing "old" fault codes the next time you enter this screen. Clearing is done by going into the service mode (display, channel, 5, volume plus, then power ). Press 8 and Enter, which returns everything to the factory preset condition.
Hope it may help you;

KV-32HS510 and KV-27HS420, seven times blink error code shows problem in Horizontal deflection circuit.
There are many possibilities like dry solder joints, weak capacitors, Horizontal transistor short or flyback transformer fried etc.
If you have little experience of TV repair and good solder skills and have necessary tools to test / check defective parts, then you can make it. you also need to have related service manual to see board location, schematics and part numbers.

Any malfunction associated with a flashing stand-by light usually indicates a
circuit problem or defective component. Unfortunately, the days of
taking off the back cover of your TV and replacing a defective tube or
fuse are long gone. Proper servicing will require troubleshooting
procedures that can only be performed by a qualified electronic repair
facility or professional television repair person. Ask for an estimate
and a realistic appraisal of whether the set can be adequately fixed.
Depending on the age and condition of your TV it may not be cost
effective to repair.
