Banging noise when starts

Sounds like the process drive assembly has broken its mounting studs. That gear assembly is located on the right side in the front. It is held in place with 3 screws. Check to see if the box is loose, and if it is, then you will probably need to replace the machine. They do have a "fix" for the broken studs, but it won't last very long and is hardly worth the investment if you need to rely on that printer.

The problem is the fuser with the one I have and if you can take the fuser out 4 screws, remove the right hand side cover one screw and be carffull with the front door when removing you don't want to break your laser accuator lever, diconnect the Ac wire and the themistor wire. remove the tow themostate after you get the fuser out.
measure with ohm meter and to fix them or one of them hold in needle nose where the wire connect to it and bang it on hard surface, try it till it reset measure it to know it reset. put back and you should have a working Printer ( by SalemS )

HP Photosmart C4795. Can't get business cards to align correctly at top. Alignment is perfect on plain paper, but starts too high on card stock so every one is lined up wrong. What am I doing wrong? Using...

In printing properties and printing preferences be sure and tell the printer you're printing labels, it allows more time for the card stock to reach the starting point.
