Question about Universal STAR N8000 Android 4.0 WCDMA Smartphone w/ 5.0"" Capacitive, Dual-SIM, GPS and TV - Black"
I was texting a friend and received a photo file . when trying to download it my n8000 froze . I powered it off and waited a few seconds and powered it back on . It loaded up the the green android icon and the word android was flashing but that is as far as it will go . I tried to do a reboot and recovery but still it won't load past the icon screen . If you have a solution please email me at email@example.com
Have you tried loading the deafult factory wiped image?
It might be that the boot loader doesn't work or is bugged, in this case you will have to take the phone to someone that has a Developr kit for Android, USB cable and a default - working image from the vendor of your mobile. I guess you should take it to service, if it's still in warranty, otherwise it shouldn't cost you too much.
