Question about Banks Power 63817 Programer 5.9 Cummins 2003-07

I need to know how to replace my oilpan on my 5.9 cummins ,that is in a f-650? WILL IT COME OFF WITH OUT TO MUCH TRUBLE

Remove retainer bolts on the bottom of the sump,if all are removed check out for the seal can take flat screwdriver tap in all around to release gasket once released,be careful cause there is an oil pickup going to the bottom of the sump (a small tube going to the bottom with a gauze.some times you will need to relase one of the engine mountings to lift the motor so that the sump cover can lift of over the steering rack,Before replacing the sump with new one will need to remove all the old gasket and replace it on the new sump

Ax-15 transmission input shaft seems to be short going into 4BT cummins motor

that ax-15 , behind cummin's.
3.9L , 50 lbs more torque, there, may be ok.
when buying custom mod. cars this is all normal.
1: nobody can fix your car, due to its not stock.
2: get stranded on the road, far from home and nobody will wont to touch it..

2010. How do I replace oil pan and gasket?

1 drain oil
2 remove bolts retaining oilpan
3 clean mating surfaces on oilpan and engine block
4 check fit gasket to see if holes line up
5 reattach oilpan to engine block and tighten to specified torque
6 put required lube oil in motor to level and start to check for leaks

Get to the transmission on 94 rf600r??? Can i go in from the bottom of motor thru the oilpan

i doubt very much you can get to any gears through the pan it is most likely through the side case or you may have to split motor

u hav to take oilpan off. u might also hav to take motor mounts loose and jack up your motor away from k frame

Hello, although you have a F250, the site has a lot of resources and the owners who use the site seem into customizing and 4 wheeling. Also you can do a Web search using terms like F250 oilpan repair, F250 6.0L oilpan removal, and so on.

There will be a few pay to play sites, but the blogs and Forums are usually free. Not knowing what problem you have, I can tell you that JB WELD, a chemical mix, can patch an oilpan. I am not on my work computer or I could pull references from my Favorites list which is locked into several good sites. I can try later if you still need help.

I'm repairing the oil pan but I can not remove it, how do I remove the transmission

Before you remove the transmission and not knowing the condition of your oilpan, I might be able to save you some trouble.
If you have a few leaks in the metal of the oilpan, JB Weld can be used without replacing a pan. If you have a stripped drain hole, there are oversized plugs and rubber expansion plugs for that problem.

Sometimes you need to turn the crankshaft to clear the rods. And you can clear the frame and the oilpump with the oilpan by loosening the motor mounts and trans mounts and lifting the motor and reblocking the motor mounts.

But if you want to still pull the trans out, you will pull the driveshaft, the trans linkage and dipstick pipe. Then unbolt the starter, torque converter, and finally every bolt on the trans case to motor block. Earlier you loosened the trans mount bolts, now the frame crossbar should be unbolted and everything should drop.

Oilpan has hole in it

most often, the oil pan is a seperate piece. but in any event you will need certain tools and a way to access it (i.e., a lift or jack and jack stands to achieve a height to work). you would be wise to take it to a mechanic.
