2 white lines funning length of paper
'Dirty corona wire' would give black vertical lines, the white lines are more likely a result of a dirty laser window. Try to wipe the laser window with a (dry!) soft cloth. You can find the laser window if you remove toner/drum package and look on the "top" inside the machine, there should be a horizontal glass window there that should be cleaned.

Everything seems to indicate a dirty 'corona wire'. This seems to be the most common cause of vertical white lines running the length of a page when copying/sending.
