Try this. Do as you already did above, but this time turn the thermostat slightly clockwise till it comes on again, and leave it at that setting for a while. Does it control now?

As its only 6 months old it should be covered by the warranty, you should be able to get it repaired by your dealer, with no cost to you.

I put a new thermistat o a/c heat but only the fan is turning on the colors where white yellow red blue I did not put the blue on the O/b screw

your thermostat may need to be programmed according to the heating system you have. that'll be in the installer instructions. For the wiring, open up your heater to see a circuit board. coming to it are the thermostat wires, match your thermostat accordingly.
Normally the installer would do red - R, White - W, Yellow - G, and Blue - C.
It varies, so to be sure, check the furnace.

How do I use the Delonghi trv0715 1500w Vento High speed convection heater

The owner's manual is available as a PDF here: http://www.delonghiusa.com/index.php?product&nid=107 .

Many recommend you plug the heater in and turn it on in a well-ventilated room (like a garage) for the few hours of use. If you are using the heater to warm a room, plug it in with the thermostat set to maximum and set the power selector to 3 until the room reaches the desired temperature. Then rotate the thermostat clockwise until you hear a click. You can set the power level to 1 or 2 to conserve energy while maintaining the current temperature settings.

If you are trying to avoid frozen pipes in an area, plug in the heater and set the power selector to 3 and thermostat to *.

Always remember to keep anything flammable away from the heater (loose drapes etc.) There is an overheating protection circuit built into the unit. To reset it, you need to call the DeLonghi service center.

I hope this helps.

same thing happend to me. I wasnt sure if it was the settings or me. I unplugged it for awhile, read thru the instructions turned it back on setting it according to the instructions and it began to work again. Not sure if it had to do with the unit being off for awhile or I entered the correct settings. Im just happy it began to run again

seems to me you have a bad bearing in the fan. if you can access the fan, have a few drops of oil poured on the shaft of the fan and see if it solves your prob.
